This season I am starting strong with my StrongPosture™ Certification. The CPEP Program is led by BodyZone founder Dr. Steven Weiniger, internationally renowned posture expert, delegate to the White House Conference on Aging, and author of Stand Taller Live Longer (2008).
Strong posture helps relieve pain, optimize sports performance, improve appearance and promote longevity, while weak posture can lead to back pain, neck pain, and other neuro-musculoskeletal conditions.

Also, I have been working with the Myokinesthetic System™, which compliments the StrongPosture™ system. The Myokinesthetic System™ (Myo=Muscle Kinesthetic=Movement) is a muscle movement technique that corrects and balances the nervous system. It alleviates and eliminates pain, restores range of motion and improves posture. It works with the soft-tissue muscular system to change the nervous system to remedy the problem by treating all the muscles along one nerve pathway.
Working with Golfers and implementing my experience as a Titleist Certified Fitness Professional III (successful, proven and tested program, utilized by numerous professional golfers around the world), Titleist Certified Medical Professional II and StrongPosture™ Certified is helping my clients to improve their game. Practicing strong posture exercises helps my clients to restore pelvis mobility and strengthen their core muscles, which is important for their golf game and maintaining a strong posture for life.
